Today, DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics is present in over 130 locations around the globe, and has set itself the clear objective of growing further. As a strong player in a number of highly efficient air and sea freight partnerships, DACHSER has access to a partner-network located at important airports and business centres throughout the world.
A further step – and one which has proved just as important – has been the company‘s determination to create its own intercontinental air and sea freight network.
The constant expansion of the USA network, the increased presence in the European air and sea freight market – especially via the purchase of Transports GRAVELEAU – and finally the 100% acquisition of the participation in Hong Kong in 2003 all testify to this. Since then, the process of growth has been unrelenting. Today DACHSER has 15 branches in Greater China and 10 branches in the United States.
DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics has successfully supported its customers in their markets outside Europe. In future, we shall continue to increase our presence in the world markets. To that end, we shall push ahead with our growth in the USA, in China, and in the markets of Eastern Europe and South Asia. Our focus remains clearly on the world as a whole.
